The client wanted a Princess party that included all the best princess elements including character performers suited to the girls and the boys.
Fizazzle had a challenge to set up four of W hotels Studio rooms and transform it into a Princess Kingdom of your Dreams. We set to work the night before with 12 staff including decorators, balloon sculptures, sound and lighting. Backdrops, banners and ceiling decor all went up before starting on the floor settings tables, chairs, centrepieces and balloons. It took more than 8hrs to transform but when we left that night we were happy that in to morning we would be returning to a happy client and excited kids.
In the morning it was putting on the final touches fresh flowers on the tables, fairy lights to be switched on, more balloons this time helium to be placed around the area, desserts to go out on the dessert table and not forgetting the cake. Lighter check, cake knife check, music on. Performers ready. Its Show time.
The guests were welcomed by our Performing Characters giving them a princess or prince sash and engaged them in the Arrival Activities available. The guests on arrival were invited to make their own princess or prince crown and their own jewellery and the photographer snapped away at the photo booth area and ensured everyone received a photo to take home from the occasion.
The Princess Crafts and Jewellery making where just two of the Arrival activities on offer at this party. The client also engaged our Royal Hair Studio, Nail Artist, Make Up Studio and Our Royal Dress Up Area, to further engage the guests until the main entertainment was to commence.

Fizazzle had been rehearsing weeks in advance to create a ‘Custom Made Dancing Princess Show’ just for the Birthday Girls and their guests. With Cinderella, Jasmine, Belle and even the male characters Aladdin and Prince Charming all involved, the stage was set for an amazing performance. The Dancing Princess Show was followed by our Greatest Showman Circus Show with Performer Willis dressed as a Court Jester to fit the Regal theme. The Show capped off the event which then saw all the children dance with our character performers under a bubble filled room with confetti shower to create a big finish.
And then it was on to cake cutting. Fizazzle engaged professional dessert company ‘Celebrate with Cake’ to create the lavish Princess Dessert Table set up which spanned the full length of the wall almost 20ft wide. At Fizazzle we like to work with like minded suppliers and these guys are 100% on par. We love working with them and we hope they love working with us as well. We work with them to ensure that all elements coordinate through from the decor to the cake so to ensure the full room set up looks fantastic.
