Well one of the frequently asked questions…
Let me first of tell you none of these recommendations are sponsored. No one has paid to be listed here. If they are listed it is because I have personally tried them and liked what they are doing. It’s not because they have given me $$ to put their name here. These are my personal recommendations and also a reason for recommending them and in what situation I recommend you using them. Notes – I order from here for my own daughters parties – as I find many of my kids friends just need a quick snack and they are off again.
Usually I will make them little picnic boxes with a croissant, a muffin, a fruit cup, a drink and a macaroon and that’s more than enough. Nothing is wasted as you can have the mini items so kids can have a variety of small bites.
FOOD TYPE – For croissants, pan du chocolate, macarons, donuts, and muffins. Think Tea party!!
RECOMMENDED – for morning parties, early afternoon
TASTE – 9/10 as its not the healthiest option but it does tick all my other boxes.
PRICING – Really reasonable and you don’t need to refrigerate so its a bonus.
OMG I just want to eat everything these guys have. Their food is seriously so good!
The Owner of Lush Wyona is a long term friend but that is not why I recommend her company I recommend it because it is so damn good and if you haven’t had a platter you seriously are missing out! Go order one now – you will thank me later.
FOOD TYPE – known mostly for their cheese platters but have canapés and full grazing tables
RECOMMENDED – because the food is 100% quality and delicious. If you have adults staying this is definitely a winner. For the kids check out their Bento boxes and for the adults take anything it will taste great!
TASTE – 15/10
PRICING – A bit on the more expensive side but I am willing to spend for the quality
Notes – I have never personally ordered from this company but wow doesn’t their offerings look great. I have had clients order from them and I have tried their food and it was great for parties.
FOOD TYPE – So many options from finger food to platters to buffets
RECOMENDED – something for every occasion weather it be morning, noon or night, get something for kids and parents all at the same place.
TASTE – 10/10
PRICING – A bit on the more expensive side but not unreasonably priced
Saybons is a live food station and I have hired them on many occasions. I am particularly fond of their Creape station which is a hit with adults and kids alike.
FOOD TYPE – Live Station with chef on hand- made to order on site
RECOMMENDED – For parties of over 30, if you want someone to cook to order and have food freshly made.
TASTE – 10/10
PRICING – very reasonable
Orange clove is one of the biggest catering companies in singapore, very long established and reliable. They have menus for every eventuality.
For kids parties I like their High Tea menu as it is finger food and avoids alot of waste. With prices of $8 ++ per person upwards you will definitely find a menu you can afford.
FOOD TYPE – Buffet Catering
RECOMMENDED – for low budget catering, finger food, larger parties
TASTE – 8/10
PRICING – Cheap and Easy!
