LEGO party logistics

So you are considering booking a LEGO party.

Here is everything you need to know about the logistics….

Fizazzle will provide everything to run the party except for furniture- that means tables and chairs we will not bring those we are relying on the fact that most venues will already have tables and chairs available.  So please if you do not have such then you will need to let us know so we can hirer some for you.  Or you can hirer yourself at the end of this blog I will provide som rental company details.

WHAT KIND OF TABLES DO I NEED?

So what do we mean by tables – well this program required 5 tables preferably 6ft banquet tables for optimal set up.  Again most venues would have this.

What does a 6ft banquet table look like – well something like this… maybe in different colour of style.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE TABLES LIKE THIS?

If your venue does not have 6ft tables similar then if you have smaller tables that can be connected together to make enough space that is sufficient.  We will bring table cloths for the tables so they dont need to look good they just need to be secure so they wont collapse and hurt anyone.

We dont actually need chairs so that’s not a concern at all.

Next if your tables look like this… with a middle pole we can not use it – the kids will lean on it and it will topple sending thousands of pieces of LEGO all over the place.  Let’s not have that disaster at your party.  4 legs on a table is a must to make sure it doesn’t topple over when one kid decides to put their weight on it.

WHAT ABOUT ROUND TABLES?

What about Round tables?  Round table is fine as long as it has 4 legs and is a minimum of 6ft round as shown below.  It maybe a little harder for the kids to reach for the vehicle lego set up but it can definitely work just fine.
