Fizazzle Decoration Support

At Fizazzle we want to make great parties accessible to all so we have many different levels of support we offer.

In this blog we will explore the different levels of support we can offer in terms of party decorations.

We are a production company so that means what you find with you can not find anywhere in stores, we are producing all our things directly in-house.

If you come by our warehouse you can see the production process and even meet our onsite printing partner whom shares and office with us.

LEVELS OF DECORATION SUPPORT WE OFFER

1. DESIGN – For any theme or concept weather it be completely wacky and out there or not we can do the design work for you.  Simply throw us the theme and the description of what it is you want designing along with measurements and we can do the design for you.
2. PRINT as previously mentioned we have a in-house printing partner whom shares a warehouse with us so we can get the print done no problem
3. DELIVERY we can have the print work sent out to you for you to use to decorate your party venue
4. INSTALLATION we can have our staff come out to your venue and install the decoration for you.

Not every client needs all 4 so you can let us know how much support you need.

Through the years of working as a party planner we have found that clients often ask us for the same things over and over.

Hence we have create packages for that so to make things quicker and easier for the clients.  Below is some party Decoration packages we currently offer.

PACKAGE 1 – Vinyl Print Decor package ($300 – 800)

PACKAGE INCLUDES…

• Banner style backdrop (Light weight – Vinyl print – 3m x 2m)
• Custom Print Table cloth ((Light weight – Vinyl print – 140cm x 152cm)
• 2 x foam board standees (100cm x 120cm)
• 2 x bunch of helium balloons (8 balloons per bunch tied in bouquet and delivered the day of your party)
• Let us know your Party theme we will give you 4 designs based on your theme and you can choose which one you feel works best for you)
• Includes 2 free matching table cloths to fit kids tables (Light weight – Vinyl print – 140 x 78cm)

COSTS

• Design only – all artwork given in png format you can send to any printer- $300
• Design and print – $550
• Design, print & deliver – $650
• Design, print, deliver and install – $800 (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PARTNER VENUES)

ADD ONS AVAILABLE 

• TABLE CLOTHS – Additional $30 each
• Additional balloon bunches
• Balloon arch
• Foam board Table Centrepiece A4 size

PACKAGE 2 – FOAM BOARD Decor package ($400 – $1100)

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• 3 x panel backdrop (Light weight – foam board print – 3m x 2m)
• 1 x Podium and podium cover
• 4 x foam board standees (100cm x 120cm)
• 2 x bunch of helium balloons (8 balloons per bunch tied in bouquet and delivered the day of your party)
• Let us know your Party theme we will give you 4 designs based on your theme and you can choose which one you feel works best for you)
• Includes 2 free matching table cloths to fit kids tables ((Light weight – Vinyl print – 140 x 78cm)

• Scene Setter backdrop (Light weight – Vinyl print – 10ft x 20ft)
• 2 x foam board standees (100cm x 120cm)
• 2 x bunch of helium balloons (8 balloons per bunch tied in bouquet and delivered the day of your party)
• Let us know your Party theme we will give you 4 designs based on your theme and you can choose which one you feel works best for you)
• Includes 2 free matching table cloths to fit kids tables (Light weight – Vinyl print – 140 x 78cm)
• 1 x Podium and podium cover
• Backdrop Support stand on rental

COST 

• Custom Design a scene setter 10ft x 20ft – all artwork given in png format you can send to any printer- $400
• Design and print – $750
• Design, print & deliver – $850
• Design, print, deliver and install – $1000 (INDOOR VENUES ONLY)

RENT

• Rent a scene setter backdrop from our preprinted selection – $200 (pick up on friday and return on Monday)

RESELL OPTIONS

As we do allot of partys we often don’t want to let things go to waste so if a client does not want to keep the items and they can be reused we will post all secondhand items on our various social media Channel as a resell or free to collect item- so add us to your follow list to keep an eye out and pick up a bargain.
