The Ballroom transformation commenced the night before with an elaborate setting of stage and 3 complete themed set up photo areas. Custom 3D props were made in advance including a 3D DBS replica and the Deathstar.
The guests arrived at the reception area with a Photo Booth and meet and greet with many character performers dressed as Storm Troppers, Princess Leia and others.
When the main doors were opened the guests poured in to enjoy the activities within. A Space themed Bouncey Castle, 3 different movie scenic set ups, dessert table and Jedi dress up for all.
The main entertainment commenced with some warm up Jedi training games hosted by Fizazzle company director Tanya Quinn dressed as a Jedi Warrior.
The Games were followed by a Star Wars Character Stage Show and Dance off finale choreographed and produced specifically for this one of event. With 12 performers all of whom had been rehearsing for a month in advance to make this happen. The Show was 30mins long and was definitely a highlight of the day.
But just as you thought it was all over there was another surprise inshore for the guests…
The Death Star itself came to life with a laser show featuring special effects performer kiki.
The event was of course topped of by the cake cutting ceremony, cake provided by Cake Sensations was a 5 tier fondant cake with a Yoda topper made completely from fondant. Oh and not forgetting they had a confetti blast finale.
WOW just WOW!!
