Kids can sometimes be a difficult audience. You can plan many things and sometimes still the kids will not do what you want them to do. It is very difficult to prepare for all possible eventualities. All we can promise is to try our best to deliver this program which has been tried and tested and refined to make it as good and as inclusive as we can possibly make it.
The program is designed to be a stand alone option. If there are other things you have planned within your party time you should let us know about those things so we can plan how best to work around them.
For example Bouncey castles - no one can compete with a Bouncey castle. The noise of a bouncer also makes it very difficult to be heard. So we may decide to turn off the castle during our segment if you want to get full value of the program.
Ball pits and other side activities again massive distractions to the program - again kids are kids they will do what they want to do and if theres an option of things to do then they will gravitate towards one or the other so if there is other things you have to expect that some kids will do this and some will do that. The only way you can best get the best value for money is to ensure the least amount of distractions possible. Or talk to us in advance on how best to schedule/ structure your party for your particular situation.
Another one - if you book a program for 10 kids and then the entertainer shows up at the venue and you have a small space - jam packed with 50- 60 adults and yes 10 kids. The job is a very different and difficult job. It would be almost impossible for the entertainer to do this program plan in this situation. The noise from the adults and the space restain's plus the massive distractions all the adults makes it very difficult to get the kids onboard to do the designed program.
